Neo Service Layer provides a comprehensive suite of blockchain-based services on the Neo N3 network, including but not limited to:

• Smart contract deployment and management
• Decentralized storage solutions
• Cross-chain bridge services
• Oracle and data feed services
• Automated execution and scheduling
• Zero-knowledge proof implementations

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• All activities that occur using your wallet
• Any loss of funds due to compromised credentials
• Backing up your wallet and recovery phrases

3.2 Compliance

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Not engage in money laundering or terrorist financing

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Attempt to exploit or harm the Service or its users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware or malicious code
• Engage in any activity that violates these Terms

4. Fees and Payments

4.1 Service Fees

Use of certain features may require payment of fees in NEO, GAS, or other supported tokens. Fees are displayed before transaction confirmation and include:

• Network transaction fees (paid to Neo network)
• Service fees (paid to Neo Service Layer)
• Third-party service fees (if applicable)

4.2 Fee Changes

We reserve the right to modify fees at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of new fees.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Service Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Neo Service Layer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Open Source Components

Certain components of the Service are open source and subject to their respective licenses. These are available in our GitHub repository.

5.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Risk Disclosure

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We strongly recommend:

• Only investing what you can afford to lose

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEO SERVICE LAYER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

7.3 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neo Service Layer and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any harm caused by your use of the Service

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
